We are seeking a qualified associate lawyer or a lawyer with at least three years of experience in the areas of Corporate and Commercial law, as well as the full cycle of Real Estate transactions. Some of the key experiences include:
- Shareholders’ arrangement and agreements.
- Mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring
- Joint ventures and partnerships
- Annual filings
- Related commercial activities such as contract review and negotiation, employer-employee relations, and general risk management, etc.
- Fluent in the full cycle of Real Estate transactions (e.g., purchase and sale, migrations, refinances, and commercial development, etc.)
The ideal lawyer is experienced in a busy office environment but maintains a good sense of humour. Attention to details is the key. If you are analytic, organized with strong communication skills; if you can work both independently as well as embrace the team approach on larger projects, we would like to hear from you.
