Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. After articling with a prominent local firm and holding an associate position at a boutique litigation firm on the South Shore, Jessica joined Weldon McInnis as an associate in November 2020.

Jessica practices in Estate Litigation, Civil Litigation and Corporate/Commercial matters. In her other position as Managing Lawyer of PATH Legal, Jessica mainly practises Administrative Law and manages a team of lawyers and law students who advocate for incarcerated persons in Atlantic Canada.

When she is not practicing law, Jessica enjoys competing in distance running events and triathlons, and exploring Nova Scotia’s provincial parks with her partner and son.
